| As awesome the banner is, the blazing fires of awesomeness, it seems to a bit too much. I think the banner should reflect who we are as a faction instead of being something that just looks cool. Just my two cents. | |

| How about holding a little contest for the members? It would be an interesting way to promote activity and unity within the faction. It doesn't necessarily need to involve a prize or anything (although that would probably spark some interest from hesitant members).
Each person can create one that they feel best represents Outlaws, what the faction stands for and the core values we support.
Just a suggestion.
